This course aims to introduce students to the literature of the Old Testament. Written over a span of more than one thousand years by numerous authors, the thirty-nine books of the Old Testament were written in various literary genres and provide the reader with a clear description of who God is through his dealings with humanity, in particular, the nation of Israel.
